Dear fellow Rotarians,
A society with trust, respect for one another, sharing, relationships, fairness, and providing unconditional beneficial services, serve as the compass for success. Rotarians can imagine such a society and world at large. It may take many years to materialize and mature the outcome of our commitment toward the society by working beyond our self-interest, the thrilling and vibrant Rotary Club you can feel at that moment. Yes, dear fellow Rotarians, I am observing our Club in that height today from the date of inception where we 25 Chartered members from different profession had chartered the Club in 2010 and today, it is matured, more organized, vibrant, having members from different classification and ultimately one of the best community service provider Club in the Rotary International District 3292. It gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction to rank our Club in a better position as compared to the initial years. But this is not the end of journey as the Club has to pass a long journey forward for social service in the way the world is changing.

I am of the opinion that we have to embrace change so Rotary can expand and thrive. Rather than setting a specific target for increasing the number of members, we should think about how to grow in a sustainable and organic way. I believe that current executive committee will focus on keeping current members engaged and adding new members who are the right fit for our club. Likewise, we need to execute more service project for the people in need for which our joint efforts and coordination is of prime importance.
Lastly, I would like to congratulate all members for continuous support, great efforts and time in Rotary. May you be continually blessed as you uphold the new ideals and better time management for Rotary activity.
